Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit/ACH payment methods (includes a 5% processing fee). Other payment methods are available upon request.
How do I secure the event date?
Upon submission of your Booking Request, an email will be sent confirming the reservation. Once your request is confirmed, a retainer is required to secure the date. (Promotional Packages requires a full payment). Please review the Terms And Conditions for more information
Can the booth accommodate an outdoor event?
Given the climate is not damp and the space is leveled, solid and clear of debris - we "should" be able to accommodate an outdoor event. This will require further discussion with a team member.
