Event Planners and Designers, are you in search of a professional and experienced team to execute the setup of your amazing designs (focal points, tablescaping, wedding isle, etc.)? How about the late-night breakdown after the event? Maybe loading, offloading and/or delivery services?

Contract The Courtland Co to handle your valuables with the proper installation and managing. Our reliable team will arrive at the agreed upon destination and follow instructions as outlined with your Event Director.

Courtland team members are properly vetted to ensure professional service is delivered with a "smile". The team arrives onsite in neat black attire with all the tools necessary to perform the service(s) selected. We treat your business as if it's our own.

All services are priced per person unless otherwise specified (Courier/Delivery service pricing varies based on load).

SERVICES

Event Management Services

Individual has Project / Events Management Certifications, Education & Experience.

-Event Project Management (Vendor Liaison, Client Communication, Event Research, etc.)

-Day of Assistant to Planner/Designer/Client

$160 for 4 accumulated hours

$300 for 8 accumulated hours

Additional pricing is determined based on the scope of the project.

General Assistance

-Pre Event Day Preparation

-Event Day Setup (weddings, social events, etc)

-Focal Point / Main Attraction / Activity Setups

-Tablescaping

-Assembly of centerpieces, favors, decorations, etc.

-Balloon inflation (option must be checked on request form)

-Loading / Offloading

-Mid-Event Flip (+ $75)

Starting rate is $125 per person (includes 4 consecutive hours)

** Breakdown "STRIKE" starts at a base rate of $200 for the 1st hour. $100 each additional hour. Breakdown includes 2 team members, packing and loading. Additional team members, offloading and delivery can be added accordingly. To ensure glass is packed securely, please account for 30 minutes per 25 pieces and proper bins/wrap/tape is provided.

Floral Preparation / Handling

Cleaning / Snipping / Bucketing / Reflexing / Oasis Prep / Arranging

Starting rate is $120 per person (includes 4 consecutive hours)

Cargo Van Delivery Service

Starting price for Cargo Van Delivery service is $50 plus $.50 per mile (includes gas).

Additional fees for loading/offloading (varies on load/number of team members)

Additional fees for tolls and parking
